If you call us between 18:30-20:30 weekdays, 09:00-17:00 on Saturdays and 09:00-12:00 on Sundays your call will automatically forward to our 'Increased Access' out of hours service where you can book 'on-the-day' GP and Practice Nurse appointments at one of our other network sites in Preston. Online medical & admin query form
From 19th October 2023, our patients can now submit their medical queries or administration requests via an online form.
These requests will be dealt with in the same way as a request coming over the telephone and should prove beneficial to patients who struggle to call at 8am during the week, as we know there can sometimes be a queue.
Between the hours of 07:30 and 18:00 weekdays the online form can be accessed by this link, or just click on the square Green tile on any of our website pages (see right-hand side of this page).
